Do you only rent to construction companies and contractors?
No! We rent dumpsters to everyone! We are completely open to the public and are happy to rent a dumpster to anyone who needs it. In fact, the majority of our customers aren’t companies, but are in fact private citizens and DIYers looking to clean up their space with a rental dumpster.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
As long as you want. When we’re setting up your dumpster rental agreement, just let us know how long you’d like to keep your rental dumpster for. We will leave it there for as long as you like. Need to extend your rental mid project? Just let us know, and we’ll update the pickup date. It’s that simple.
Do I need to do anything, other than just fill the dumpster up?
Nope. Just put your trash, garbage, and junk inside, and we’ll haul it away at the end of your rental. That’s it. No tarping, weight/balance rearranging, or safety checks needed; we’ll take care of all of that!
How long does it take to order?
5-10 minutes by phone. Our process is incredibly easy and straightforward. Give us call, share your needs and project information, and we’ll deliver the right rental dumpster for you. That’s it.
Is there anything you can’t take in a rental dumpster?
Yes; we’re unable to accept hazardous material (HAZMAT), fuels, full paint cans, propane tanks, batteries, solvents and chemicals, fertilizers, freon, ammunition or explosives, fireworks, etc. If you have questions about materials like these, please let us know and we’ll ensure you have the right answer!
What does your quoted price include? Are there hidden or extra fees?
The price we quote to you is all inclusive. We have no hidden fees or additional charges. There are no service area fees, fuel or dump surcharges, etc. The only additional fee you might incur is an extension fee, should you voluntarily opt to keep the dumpster for longer than the contract states. That’s it.
How far in advance should I order?
The further in advance the better. That being said, we’re a nimble company, able to deliver your dumpster on short notice – 99.9% of the time in 2 days, generally always in 1, and sometimes the same day, depending on when you call. Our whole goal is to make your project work easier – so give us a call, and let us help!
Do I need a permit for a dumpster?
This will depend on your local city and municipal codes. Please do the research required to determine if you need a dumpster permit? Chances are, this information will be available wherever you get information on the other aspects of your project, if applicable.
How much stuff can I put in?
We tarp our loads when we take them to the dump. This is for everyone’s’ safety, and to comply with local laws. To accomplish this, we can’t have a big pile of stuff extending over the rim of the dumpster – so please plan accordingly.
My neighbor is completing a project too – can we share a dumpster?
Absolutely! One party will need to complete the rental agreement and pay, but you are more than welcome to allow friends or family to load the dumpster with refuse. Just be sure that whoever you’re working with understands our policies and follows the guidelines you will have agreed to. The more the merrier!
What does 'roll off' mean?
The term "roll off" simply refers to the delivery method for our dumpsters. We use special trucks with little hydraulic lifts on the back which hook to the dumpsters, then roll them on and off the truck using wheels integrated into the bottoms of the containers. It allows us to quickly load and offload our dumpsters at your job site, and let you quickly get to work.
